「The place was clean and well-kept. Basic essentials were provided which is so thoughtful: paper towels, dishwashing soap, toiletries, towels, utensils, cookware, coffee, extra sheets for pull out bed. The only thing that was bothersome was the bathroom exhaust fan that was so loud and it turns on when you turn the bathroom light on. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Thank you!」

「So our bedsheets had a stain on them. There was a hair tie in the bathroom with hair all over it. Our first night of staying I woke up with bumps all over my arms the area in which it’s in is very ghetto. In fact, someone said that there is crack at the gas station close by we had kids banging on our door to our hotel. You could hear everything going on outside the hallways. People yelling and screaming the table was not clean thank God I brought cleaning products with me. Absolutely horrible...

「From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions. Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking. We did not use the bar or canteen...
