"Check-in was was easy and the staff were friendly. My room was stylish and comfortable. The on-site restaurant was excellent."

"You know there was hardly any breakfast food because they were apparently understaffed, on Mother’s Day all you could have was toast!!! The housekeeping did not come AT ALL even though we were there for three nights!! I had to go down and ask for garbage bags and more towels and put our dirty ones out in the hallway. The hair dryer was completely missing and must have been pulled out of the wall, there were just holes where it should have been. The gym equipment was 1/2 out of order as was one of the dryers. The only staff member that was helpful and at least tried was Joolah. (Hopefully I spelled his name correctly) "

"The renovations in the main area was beautiful but the bedding was less desirable. Poor pillow quality. Food for breakfast buffet was excellent but the dinner food was not very good."

"Did not use laundry there was a water filter in the hall I used. It’s an old Alaska Hotel you get what you get. There was never anyone at the front desk. There is a phone connected to an answering service. That’s how they give you the door code. "
