The place just felt Alaskan, and the food is fantastic. The rooms aren't fancy, but they're solid, and very clean and quiet. I recommend the 2nd floor for the view over lake Wasilla. I will be staying there again.

Room was nice. View was gorgeous. Bed was extremely comfortable. Resort restaurant was top notch. My only beef was that we tried to contact the resort hotel several times before our arrival at the phone numbers on-line and on our confirmation and never, ever got an answer or a voicemail. Coming in from Oregon, that was concerning!! We only saw housecleaning the afternoon before we left.

Small older lakefront property with excellent dining room and service. Dock allows for boat and float plane access. Water sport equipment available for rent. Excellent front desk staff. Clean comfortable room although no maid service during our stay, towels available upon request. About a 10-minute drive to Wasilla.

A very nice place to take the family when visiting Wasilla. Off season, and couldn't find anyone in the morning, but would gladly stay there again. Great view. Spacious room.
