Je note juste que mon choix de chambre (Léontine) n’a pas été respecté au profit d’une autre personne : même si les tarifs sont les mêmes, j’avais pourtant choisi cette chambre car j’avais vu qu’elle était à l’étage (plus sécurisant pour moi) et que la salle de bain était plus cosy. "Très bon hôtel, très propre, très bien entretenu. Personnel accueillant et aidant. A noter que lors de notre séjour il y a eu un problème avec l’eau chaude qui n’était pas disponible. Par chance il y avait la canicule alors l’eau froide sortait tiède pour pouvoir prendre la douche. Lorsque j’ai avertit le personnel le lendemain matin ils se sont empressés pour trouver le problème. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de m’offrir le déjeuner en guise de dédommagement. Très gentille action. Je retournerait à cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation."
