「Super helpful staff at check in who helped sort a problem that I created ! But they were kind and nothing g was too much trouble to sort. Same with staff in bar and restaurant. Comfy room and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.」

「The shower in room 7 did not work, it just dribbled. The room was noisy as it is on a busy road. It was very hot and we were very grateful for the fan when we enquired. There is no parking at the hotel but there is a car park nearby.」

「Quirky decor, comfortable room with great facilities. Breakfast was excellent, great choice, cooked to order and filled us up all day! Had sandwiches off lunch menu which were great value for money. Also ate in the restaurant at night, brilliant service and superb food. Hotel very convenient for walking to beach. Would highly recommend walking along the valley, lovely scenery. 「The inn was okay and the staff were nice. Couldn’t sleep though which is the point of a hotel. Had a road facing room and could hear every single car as it sped by. Torture. The shower was also maybe the worst I’ve had in the last 5 years of constant travel. Felt like someone held a pinched hose over me and there was no water pressure at off peak shower times. 」

「We had a really enjoyable stay at Townend Farm and Julie was extremely helpful booking a meal at the Tiger Inn and also giving us information about local bus services The breakfast was a really good standard and cooked perfectly . Our only concern was that the rooms were on the second floor with steep staircases which made it difficult to carry suitcases and to access the rooms.Perhaps it might be worth pointing out on the website Thankyou Julie for a lovely stay 」
