「Lilly at the front desk was amazing! She was so welcoming, so kind, and so accommodating to all our needs. She kept going above and beyond to ask if we had everything we need or if there was anything she could do to make our stay even better. We feel so appreciative of such a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon, as we now have a perfect place to stay while visiting the beaches in Sheboygan.」

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

「This is a well maintained retro lakefront motor lodge. The main and really only reason to choose the Lighthouse Inn is to have your room window open right to Lake Michigan rolling in all night with that gorgeous ebb and flow sound. We loved our evening in the bar/lounge. The young bartender was EXCELLENT. We had breakfast before departing. Food was excellent, front of house service needs ALOT of work. Employees were not able to manage seating well, couldn't figure out coffee service and other...

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The parking lot had multiple people loitering around who appeared to be homeless, and finding an actual parking spot for hotel guests was a challenge. Walking into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Unfortunately, it only got worse in the elevator. It smelled like a hotbox, and there were dirty handprints all over the walls. Our room felt neglected. The blackout curtains were broken...
