「We have literally had to change rooms 5 times in one day due to various issues at the property. We are very cool and understanding guests, but something has changed with this property.
We had 6-7 rooms this past weekend and 3 of the guests had similar complaints about the property uncleanliness and maintenance issues.
Just for reference, our room experience:
1st room was on the 2nd floor of the main building, the safety door wouldn’t lock and cleaning supplies left in the room.
