The condition of my room was not so great….the bathroom tub had a slow drain, the closet door was difficult to open, and the iron was leaky…..just a lot of little things that made my stay uncomfortable….will never stay at a Double Tree again.

Haley was extraordinary. They all were very accommodating except for one person who wouldn’t get us ice (I went to all floors for ice and they didn’t work). Everyone else was super great!

I spent a bit more money thinking I was getting more service and a nicer place. This used to be a nice hotel. It's looking tired inside and out. Although it was sparsely occupied, I'm pretty sure all guests were crammed on a single wing on the third floor. The elevator was broken (but that didn't stop people from riding it). No housekeeping service (unless you ask 24 hours in advance) so be ready to get your own towels and take out your own trash. The $12.00 breakfast buffet is a rip off. I really don't feel that I got my money's worth this visit.

I have always stayed at doubletree, but the beaches of area has gone down in recent years and the staff at the hotel is not as attentive. We have started staying elsewhere but booked beach wood because it was closer to get to family.

The hotel did not honor my room selection and gave me a room facing an interstate highway. There was rotting, stinking trash in an ice-machine room near my room which the hotel did not clean despite three days of my complaints.

A horrible experience!

Horrible experience! My shower was broken and only produced scalding hot water, I was transferred to a different room where the air conditioning didn’t work. One of the worst experiences of my business travel life.

Have a special needs kid and was hard to get a room with the amenities needed Allergic to feathers and took two days to get Covers and pillows that did not have feathers Was told that that’s all you had for two days Was told that they will compensate for the trouble and nothing was done Not all employees had knowledge about non feather bedding but glad we found one that was able to help

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. The only reason that I chose this hotel is because it had an outdoor pool and seating area. Upon my arrival I learned that the outdoor pool has been closed for the last two years, and there was no seating area at all outside. The website indicated all these amenities and none of them were available. The room was very dirty. I asked the front desk clerk for some silverware and plates she said they had no forks and knives and gave me plastic spoons and paper plates.They really need to update the website.

Hotel was nice but when i called and booked my room they said both pools and hot tub are open but when we arrived only the indoor pool was open and only until 8pm the hot tub looked like it was down for maintenance due to the poor water quality in it and the outdoor pool was still closed for the season
