Excellent! Very nice, clean, well decorated, and well maintained. All the staff were great, and Tony, Bethany, Pam, and PJ were especially awesome. Great, helpful and fun bunch. One of my best hotel stays ever.

We were sad to leave, actually. The rooms were gorgeous, it was dark and quiet to sleep, Willie at the bar was awesome. Only thing to change is make sure housekeeping cleans the walls of the shower.

All staff were very professional and helpful in making our stay great, considering we were in town for a funeral. Bethany and Duane went out of their way to help us and make us feel welcome, always smiling and upbeat.

Really nice hotel room. However, it was tricky getting the room temperature right. We were really hot at 0200 and turned the temp down to 68 to cool off.

Disappointing, not clean.
Our room was not clean. We found a used towel in the bathroom and trash in the trash can. There were no clean towels nor coffee and cups in the room. When we requested these things, staff were friendly and prompt, but we shouldn't have had to ask. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering we paid more than other roadside hotels nearby thinking it would be a nicer experience.

The hotel accommodations were very nice. My room was clean. I think it had been recently renovated? The staff was very polite and helpful. It was noisy in the hallway at times due to guests slamming doors and wedding parties near my room. My pillows, duvet, linens and towels were comfortable and fresh. I liked the tv, multiple charging options and outlets for getting ready in the event that the bathroom was in use. The shower and toiletries were very relaxing and fresh smelling. I liked all of the counter space and the lighting was good for make-up application. The dining area/bar downstairs was nice, but it was not always staffed. There were some nearby chains and privately owned restaurants that had been recommended by the hotel concierge that were very good, but sadly this area is very depressed, abandoned/vacant and lacking life. I will be back for family reasons and I hope to return to Courtyard Marriott.

Clean, comfortable and convenient
Everything was great with my stay, staff was very friendly and helpful! The only negative is that the room doors close so loudly, that disturbed me. I went to bed early because I had an early morning appointment and I was not feeling very well and I could hear the loud noise when guests went into their rooms and the doors slam shut. Otherwise, my stay was great! Easy parking and my room was clean and spacious.

Best place to stay
The entire stay was wonderful... loved everything about the room, the food was delicious, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, and the courtyard outside was nice and relaxing... I'd recommend this marriott to anyone

Property is good. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and certainly livable. 9/10 on the accommodation. Staff was a little unhappy or didn’t have a smiling face at all. A little less motivated staff does ruin the overall performance of the hotel, just saying
