Nice and quiet location
Wonderful breakfast, away from busy, staffs are nice. Bar is good, room is very tidy. Good place to stay for countryside enjoyments.

Far away from Luxembourg city
Although this hotel is far from Luxembourg city, but close to Belgium and Germany. Good place to stay if you are traveling in between the three countries. Nice environment. Staffs are good too.

A very calm hotel
We stayed for one night and we really like the hotel. Although it takes some time to travel from luxembourg (i didnt drive), it worths all of it. The private spa is excellent. The surrounding area surrounded by farms is calm and relaxing.

Experiência única em um Castelo em Luxemburgo!!!
Incrível para descansar e desfrutar do melhor café da manhã que já experimentei em toda minha vida... Único porém eram os preços do spa e de acesso a algumas áreas do hotel... Quando em família, fica realmente muito complicado em termos de valores...

Check your bill !! Reception young girl with glasses in morning added 50 Euro to the bill. Lucky we noticed, then she would not believe us so took us 40mins in the carpark on their weak wifi to prove to her that we had clearly already paid for 3 people - sad price gouging or bad training, no apology of course - either way it destroyed our confidence in this place. (Man in evening was delightful though). Pros: Breakfast good. Cons: lots of Ants in room, No aircon or fans. Lots of Flies in room - as window had to be a tiny bit open as way too hot with no fans to sleep. Rock hard beds.

We are sorry for the “Overcharge” by one of our colleague, the charge was due the "Kids" booked was a "teenager" and not a "Kid", in our conditions, kids are from 3 to 12y. but as agreed the extra fee was for offered as complementary due the misunderstanding.Regarding Air-Co, You have booked a “Standard room” equipped with Fan (all standard room are equipped with Fan) , but no air conditioning as the Expedia & Hotel.com portal described (the building with standard rooms is classified as a historical monument, and can’t be conditioned unfortunately.But for your next stay, we do advise you to book a superior room or executive suite with an air-conditioner.We will invest this year and revamping all beds matrass. Très beau château
Hôtel très bien et très beau. Le spa est également très bien avec les nombreux choix de massages. Repas du restaurant sont très biens, mais relever la gastronomie et le service de salle serait un plus quand même.

Wat een hotel. Heerlijke kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt en een geweldige spa. Wandelen door de prachtige omgeving is echt geweldig. De bar is in een soort van grot, gezellig om wat te drinken.

Uns hat es im Schloss sehr gut gefallen. Das Nachtessen war auch sehr fein. Wir haben ein 3-Gang Menü gegessen! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und da blieben keine Wünsche offen und man konnte sich wirklich satt essen. Wir waren enttäuscht dass wir nur für das Bad 60.- Euro/Person hätten bezahlen müssen. Gerne wären wir bei Ankunft noch schnell baden gegangen aber nicht für diesen Preis und die Tage hatten wir schon verplant.

Good property but average service
We had a really mixed stay as some parts of the experience were great and others weren’t. The good: The spa is incredible. Amazing facilities, good treatments and the cave pool is something I’ve never experienced in a spa before. The château itself is very beautiful and the outdoor areas are really relaxing and romantic. The breakfast buffet was great. Good food, lots of choice and lovely to eat in the courtyard. The food and presentation at dinner was good. The bad: The service was just not good at times. The staff seemed a bit too busy and overworked, and whilst they were trying their best, things would get forgotten. At dinner our wine never came but then appeared on the bill. We had to go inside to ask about the bill as no one had come to our table for so long. They said they would bring an allergy friendly amuse bouche and then we had to ask multiple times and it took a while. The menu at dinner is a little limiting, especially if you have allergies. If you stayed a couple of nights, you might run out of choices. Also, they ran out of cheese at 8:45pm, so we couldn’t have the dining option we wanted which made it more limiting. The room was a little bit shabby in areas with paint peeling etc. It was also extremely hot, so difficult to get much sleep. The view wasn’t a courtyard/garden view as advertised, we could just see the car park. Our late checkout was forgotten so we had to go to the desk in our robes, locked out.

El hotel nos pareció un poco estrecho y con instalaciones no muy cómodas Los pasillos no están climatizados y nos toco un día cálido Existen varios desniveles entre pasillos La habitación ok , pero nos pareció caro para lo que ofrecen Tuvimos muy mala experiencia en el restaurante , nos tuvieron sentados durante una hora y solo nos pudieron servir la entrada Al final cancelamos varios de los platillos Y todavía tuvimos problemas con la cuenta Ellos pretendían que les firmáramos por el total alegando que tenían problemas con el sistema, y que al día siguiente aclaráramos en la recepción Nos negamos a firmarla

Nydelig interiør og eksteriør
Helt nydelig chateau/hotell, stilfullt interiør og eksteriør. Frokostbuffet, greit utvalg men trangt om plassen der buffeten var, ble stående i kø, så beregn god tid. Eneste minus var vasken på rommet som var nesten helt tett, og som drypte under når det ble for mye vann. Både badekar og dusj på rommet.

The door to to the restaurant was left open, so there were dozens of flies that needed to be constantly swatted away from food and drink. The food was excellent, but they should have had a better cooling system to keep all the flies out. The room heating and cooling only worked with a room card inserted, so the room was stuffy when we checked in. We left a card in while at dinner and overnight, and it only got to a decent temperature by morning. When we went to breakfast, we took the card. When we came back, it was immediately stuff again, so we checked out. The pool was nice, but there are houses directly on the other side of the pool wall, so people could see in. The pictures make you think that the property is out in the countryside, but it doesn’t feel that way when you can see houses right next door. Was woken up at 7 in the morning to farm equipment being sprayed down, which was right next to the room and under the window. There are a few bits that of a château, but the majority of the finishes are faux attempts to look aged, so they could have done a better job in decorating because it comes off with the impression of an attempt to give a château feel but only on a cursory glance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was excited about this stay and really wanted to like it, but it was ultimately disappointing.

Rooms are fine. Restaurant is very good in service and food. SPA is definitely overpriced, 60€ for entry. Not much to do inside the spa, small sauna en hammam and 2 small pools. Not worthy that money. In Generally the quality of this hotel is good, but definitely overpriced!

Excellent quiet few days away. Excellent breakfast, beautiful chateau and rooms and setting. We used the local bus service and trains to get around to explore. Lovely morning spent in Nuxe spa. Some more selection on the dinner menu would have been nice as it’s the only restaurant within several kilometres. Will definitely be back to visit again. Thank you for a lovely stay
