We had a nice stay. The kids really enjoyed the water park and the activities. The location is great and close to many attractions in Orlando. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a fun place for a family trip.

Walt Disney World Dolphin
Worst experience ever!! Waited over 3 hours for our room to be ready. Staff was unhelpful in solving the issue. Sidewalks were EXTREMELY slippery when wet from the rain. Fell & was injured. No one helped. For $1000 for a 24 hour stay - one would expect better service from a Disney resort. Will NEVER ...
