Close to Michelin’s headquarter, walkable to city center, good restaurants nearby, laundry on site and parking make it the perfect place to stay in addition to a very reasonable price.

Good place to be

Excellent property. Quiet. Room arr relatively spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly ! It even had a charging station for electrical vehicles.

I had trouble communicating with the hotel for awhile. I sent many messages through Expedia. I finally got a response when i sought another way to reach out. Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was okay. The window wouldn't open up very much, and the bed was just average for comfort. However, the location was good in that it was walkable to the old part of town, which was fabulous. In addition, the breakfast option was really good. Overall, a decent experience. I would recommend thicker pillows and a hairdryer for the room.

Ok hotel

The hotel was based in an area that I wouldn’t walk by myself. A clean except from the floor. When we went to the shower, the floor got dark when took the shower ( and it wasn’t because our feet were dirty. The reception was very helpful with any questions. There wasn’t any cleaning of the during the stay, (we took an extra night)

Bon rapport qualitĂ© prix Ă  Clermont. Je vais toujours lĂ . C’est propre, bien situĂ© pour moi en bordure de centre ville. Le seul inconvĂ©nient c’est l’accĂšs voiture Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. AprĂšs il y a possibilitĂ© de rĂ©server une place de parking mais il faut bien accĂ©der pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer son badge d’accĂšs.

TrĂšs bel hĂŽtel mais literie Ă  revoir !

TrĂšs beau bĂątiment rĂ©cent avec de belles prestations (moquette dans les couloirs, volets roulants trĂšs occultants, kitchenette de qualitĂ©,....) En revanche, literie trĂšs trĂšs molle qui donne bienn mal au dos le lendemain matin ! Local poubelle saturĂ© avec odeurs associĂ©es.... Places de parking (dans la rue face Ă  l'hĂŽtel) quasiment toutes occupĂ©es en arrivant Ă  19h....et toutes vides en partant le lendemain Ă  11h....mais 10€ la place de parking de l'hĂŽtel reste trop Ă©levĂ©e Ă  notre avis. Il vaut mieux marcher un peu (gratuit dans la rue de 19h Ă  9h)

Struttura molto funzionale, camera stranamente conformata ma grande e ariosa. Bagno normale. Angolo cottura piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve. 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della cittĂ . Ottimo parcheggio a pagamento.
