「One thing I really love about staying here is how nice and welcoming the entire community is. From the staff to the people around the property, everyone is always so friendly, respectful, and helpful. It makes every stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. You don’t find that kind of welcoming environment everywhere, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I continue coming back」

OK... then we see the laundry room; filthy, machines rusty. We question the attendant about that and he says 'they work fine and are clean inside, but let...

「The room stank of stale smoke.... there was no COLD water. Had to brush my teeth with hot water. Refrigerator did not work and to top it off it was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!」
