Pet friendly? Not really. Room was 2nd floor at the end of the hall. No hot water (evening or morning), noisy hallway, noisy fridge, room temperature fluctuated, not even a glass to use for water. As a senior with mobility challenges, carrying my dog up and down the stairs to bring essentials to the room was far too challenging. Help was offered but no one was there when I needed it. I told the front desk if I had known it was a 2nd floor room before I paid, I would not have stayed. I would never reserved a 2nd floor while traveling with a dog, but that information was not on the reservation page. Not recommended for many reasons.

A lack of an elevator was a concern. The doors were hollow core, and the locks were not commercial grade, resulting in security concerns. The room was clean, and staff were courteous and professional.

there was a power outrage and I was unable to charge my electronics. Also the old AC unit was off for the same reason therefore I did not got myself to rest as I should. There was no staff on my check out to complain. I am requesting a full refund!!

Had supper in restaurant, was good and staff very good and friendly. older faculty. beds cleans and comfortable. needs lots of TLC, repairs holes in wall, remove old cabinets, light bulb in bath and better cleaning. no face cloths - had to ask, no chairs in room. there was room for small table and a couple of chairs. no mini fridge. bed side lamp old and dirty - need to replace both lamps. could use towel rack by sink (in separate area from tub). suggest they consider installing safety grab bars at the edge of ALL bathtubs. Probably won't stay there again - will drive to nearby community

The TV does not work. Handle for the refridgerator was broken off. Microwave was not plugged in. To make it work, one would have to unplug the refrigerator to secure a power outlet. You get what you paid for, I suppose.

This is a budget hotel, BUT,, the staff is awesome and it has a restaurant and bar attached with good pricing and quality food. Room doors are old style key lock and rooms are nostalgic, but it is clean and surprisingly quiet. Would stay again.
