Clean, but worn. Basic accommodation. Staff almost nonexistent. Simple things you might expect like a chair or a bedside light were absent. The food in the pub was very good.

What you would expect from a small older motel. Room was small but clean. There was an open mic at the bar downstairs the night we were there and everyone was super nice.

Had booked a night for a stopover on the way to Whistler, upon entering was told I was 30 minutes early so went for a quick lunch, place is above a bar and across from a busy highway in addition building looks old and run down. After giving it some thought what I’ve already seen I thought I would just forfeit the room charge and find somewhere else to stay which ended up being in Cache Creek, needless to say these places need to do better, total sh_t holes.

I would suggest driving to the next town The room has bugs flying around at night that would wake us up, the appliances buzzed and made banging noises, the TV didn’t work. It stunk like cigarettes and mildew, and it was loud from people leaving the bar and burning out in the parking lot and trucks using Jake brakes past the hotel. The hotel room itself was not great, no coffee maker, needs some drywall work and a coat of paint Paid waaay too much, but was exhausted from the long drive that day, I will sleep in my truck next time

The BMI is an older building. The linens were very clean and nice. The beds and pillows were cozy. The air conditioner kept the room at comfortable temperature on a hot evening. Having the restaurant downstairs was an added bonus. The food was good, and we had supper and breakfast in the restaurant. If you want an economical place to stay, this is your place. I would stay here again.

This place was dirty. It’s a few rooms above a bar. There were no staff present when I arrived, but eventually the barmaid came to help with the check in process- then the hotel lady took over. The shower was the worst part- it goes from cold to boiling hot in a second and then back to cold again- it’s just dangerous. The bed was comfortable, and I couldn’t hear the pub below which was good. Hairs on the doors and bedsheets- it’s a place to get your head down- but nothing else.

Very disappointing experience. We found bugs in the bed shortly after arriving and immediately reported it to the manager. The manager inspected the room and personally saw the bugs moving. We did not feel it was safe to stay, so we left and requested a full refund. Unfortunately, our refund request was denied. Finding bugs in the bed is a serious cleanliness and safety concern. We would not stay here again.
