「The room was really nice and cozy, and the bathroom was stunning. The new renovation looks absolutely amazing! The front desk accommodated an earlier check-in for us which was lovely. We also didn’t hear any noise from the pub downstairs at all, but we were in the wing on the other side of the hotel — if we had paid for an ocean view then we would have been in the wing directly above the pub which would have likely meant noise. The Bear was also really good and the oysters we had were divine!...

「We decided to last minute extend our trip in Tofino and found a good rate to stay at Mackenzie beach Resort for the evening. They accomodated us by letting us know right away when our room was ready. The 3 hour early check in was super nice and appreciated! We stayed in one of the bungalows, everything was spotless, high tech, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the large private patio with your own BBQ and hot tub. 「Staff was very helpful. My room was very quiet so had a great sleep. Hot shower. Forgot to pack my swim trunks so could not enjoy the sauna. Good location to the Wick and to downtown. Overall enjoyable. Glad they had a coffee shop inside. 」

「The room price was so so expensive compared to what we got in the room, and the rules of the accommodation was so vast and extensive. Also you have workers living there full time while you charge regular people an arm and a leg to be there for not even 8 hours. 」

「Sadly we found both of our rooms had been heavily scented with febreeze or some other odour spray. We had to leave the window open and fan on all night . I would suggest that the tell their customers that they scent their rooms or stop it would his be the beat choice. 」
