「半公寓模式，checkin前台在別棟，相信照片中較大的房間是地下一層吧，入住時安排了地下一層帶窗的，但畢竟來旅聽到是到下一層也是有點抗拒，沒有去看房直接跟前台說要求給2，3樓(帶露台的)，他們說客滿，但其實我訂房時就知道有地下一習的也要求給高樓層，但還是沒疫安排，最後安排去了4樓，升降機只到3樓，還要拿幾個行李上到4樓，正確來是閣樓吧，走道很小，房間也很小，雖然也是帶有小廚房，但這是英式房除的屋頂，窗子很小地是木板走動起來下層都感覺得到，有點失望，我們在倫敦住一星期，你要親自到前台要求房間清掃才行，而且只是3天一次，洗衣房是收費。但地點的確很方便，綠紅綠地鐵站都有，而且餐廳很多有尤其是廣東菜，可以走路到hyde park~ 可以寄存行李，但鄧是要爬樓梯。。 要是像我們要住很多晚的話，覺得其實還有很多選擇」

「My second stay at Arlington house during my visit in London. Love the location, very convenient, it’s right next to The Ritz. Walking distance to many shops and fine restaurants. Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite this time, and last time was the 2 bedrooms suite, room is spacious, with en-suite in each room and guest toilet. Service was great. Would definitely be back again. 」

「I stayed in 2 bedroom flat number 4, it is very neat and renovated. The second bedroom is a bit small and has a single size bed which makes the apartment suitable for 3 persons only, not 4. The location is amazing, walking distance from everything; I would definitely stay here again. 」

「酒店附近範圍是寧靜而安全的，步行至車站亦只是數分鐘路程，相對方便。然而，我在使用洗衣機後，因發現機門未能打開，故請酒店人員幫忙，但卻被要求等待至第二天早上才可安排維修人員到來處理，令衣服被迫留至機內整個晚上；且酒店人員第二天到來時，更意圖指摘是我們弄壞洗衣機的機門，經我們多番解釋後，事件才能解決，令我們感到有點委屈和不快。」

「Perfect place to stay for a gunner supporter. Walking distance to the Emirates. The staff meeting us with a smile every day. Close to the metro station (Picadelly line). Plus for the small kitchenette, minor minus for little place to eat in the room and bring a big knife it you need to cut something. Might be we could have borrowed, I didnt ask. We will for sure stay there another time and cant anything else than to recommend the place. 」

「Size of accommodation good, layout could be altered to make more room, particularly as doors all opening on to each other in hallway. Nice to have king size bed for comfort but compromised rest of space in the bedroom, especially in top floor room, with sloping roof. 」

「Close to station. Rooms are very big and well equipped. But the pillow and beds are too soft. Otherwise it is recommendable.」

「The location is very convenient. I love the design of the room and it is user-friendly. You got the machines required during the trip inside the room. Staff are nice as well. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here!」

「Our room with the New Kent Apartments was small but perfect for the two of us. It was well appointed and was in a great neighbourhood. The check in staff were very helpful and patient. I would recommend the New Kent Apartments. 」
