"The room was nice and the breakfast, great. The only problem was that the pool was closed, and we had seen no announcement or indication that that was going to be the case. Since we travel with kids, the pool makes an enormous difference when we pick somewhere to stay. We paid a higher nightly price overall because we saw that this hotel had a pool. In other words, we paid for a service that we did not receive."
