After checking out I received an unexpected email from Springhill Suites for an additional $7 US !? Called the hotel and they add $4 facility fee for parking and a $3 emergency services fee. I think Expedia should do their due diligence and be aware of the extra charges.」

「The memory foam bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and warm when I arrived. I appreciated the heat being on when I arrived, since some hotel rooms I have walked into do not have the heat on to conserve energy, so you walk into a cold room.」
