「質素下降，保養不足，前台人員少」

「Surprised and impressed. Impeccably equiped room, clean, modern and comfortable. I’d certainly return, particularly if flying out of Clark airport again.」

「Wouldn’t change anything but everything closes a 10pm.」

「The room was exceptionally clean and the hotel staff were friendly and efficient.」

「Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are polite. Very near to the golf course, lots of restaurants nearby.」

「This is not first time we stayed at this hotel, it’s the convenience that we keep on coming back. However we noticed that it’s declining. The unit itself needs maintenance. It smells . I think it’s coming from sewer. There was no hot water. These are important factors. Please address maintenance issues」

「Although staff was friendly and tried to fix things the facility was dirty, outdated, and it smelled old. Around the area was abandoned buildings. The only store available nearby was a 7-11. Expedia’s picture do not depict the hotel we went to. It should not be running until the facilities are up to par. 」

「The hotel is very nice everywhere. All the staff were extremely nice, and wanted to help with anything. Restaurant was good, restaurant staff were awesome. Things changed and we needed to extend another day in A City. We knew they were very booked and we might have to go elsewhere for a day. We asked if they could get us one more day and within 15 minutes they confirmed the additional day. Just great place and experience, and we'll definitely stay again.」
