"The traffic noise was loud, but what was worse was the beds shook every time trucks/traffic drove by all night. AC stopped working at 1am, and I couldn't open a window. Worst night ever."

"Power was out due to a storm. I had to call the power company to get estimates on when/if power would be turned back on. Estimate was 11:15pm. I called at 11:30, power company said power was on and if my rooms still wasn’t on then I’d need to call an electrician. I said not having power right away ..."

"Parking costs money, the baseboards are full of water and pee. the grout in the bathroom is nasty. The bathtub didnt drain. they came to fix that. you can easily hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and the next door ones being intimate. would not use this hotel again."
