"Now I tried to give this property grace because the employees are so sweet. The managers and staff truly Are understandable. This property was far below my standards. You have to be accustom to staying at like a Red roof Inn in the states to be comfortable here. Ants on the bed biting me at night. Rust and peeling of paint. No care given to the property grounds. The bar had basically no drinks. No grill guy cooking with no gloves and scratching every part of his body. I’m in the medical field and was severely disgusted. What was suppose to be a 4-5 night stay ended up being a one night and left to go to Moon Palace. Where it felt like a breath of fresh air. Back to this resort— the slide looked as if it needed renovation. Horrible condition. The beach access was minimal and filthy. Nothing was neat and nothing looked like the pictures. It took me a while to do this review because I want all businesses to make money but this one is for people looking to getaway with the bare minimum. The food was HORRIBLE my kids described it as eating cardboard. Like eating just to get full because nothing had a taste. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. But the staff was understanding to my standards and allowed me to depart. The check-in process was still on paper. Like literally where is the money going—not in improving the facility. They blame it on the hurricane come like the hurricane should have just take it away. The blame Wi-Fi, food, light, everything on the hurricane."

"This hotel was the worst experience. I got food poisoning from the breakfast parti. The room was located right out side of the main road so it was LOUD! The censor in the bathroom kept going out. If you could afford to, stay somewhere else. "

"The room lacks amenities. A descent sets of pots n pans would be nice. Remove all broken pots n pans including aluminum trays from cupboards. Clean cupboards of droppings from roaches. Fix broken fridge door n spray paint rusty spots. The front n balcony doors needs some loving. A deep cleaning on all the surfaces in n on the property (washroom door n balcony doors) is much needed. Overall, its a great space, however, it has fallen into disrepair n requires care. "

"They should have an elevator and be more organized but it wasn’t bad. Breakfast was good and its a great location "

"Do not trust the picture Expedia shows you. If you book the Lux room 1 bedroom, Honeymoon luxury the picture shows a couch and coffee table and room service does not come in room.t The room is really just a bed and a chair. The bed and chair are worn out and need to be replaced. The room description and pictures are listed wrong. The staff was excellent though. "
