Are understandable. This property was far below my standards. You have to be accustom to staying at like a Red roof Inn in the states to be comfortable here. Ants on the bed biting me at night. Rust and peeling of paint. No care given to the property grounds. The bar had basically no drinks. No grill guy cooking with no gloves and scratching every part of his body. I’m in the medical field and was severely disgusted. What was suppose to be a 4-5 night stay ended up being a one night and left to go to Moon Palace. Where it felt like a breath of fresh air. Back to this resort— the slide looked as if it needed renovation. Horrible condition. The beach access was minimal and filthy. Nothing was neat and nothing looked like the pictures. It took me a while to do this review because I want all businesses to make money but this one is for people looking to getaway with the bare minimum. The food was HORRIBLE my kids described it as eating cardboard. Like eating just to get full because nothing had a taste. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. But the staff was understanding to my standards and allowed me to depart. The check-in process was still on paper. Like literally where is the money going—not in improving the facility. They blame it on the hurricane come like the hurricane should have just take it away. The blame Wi-Fi, food, light, everything on the hurricane."
