「The first room we were assigned had a bed that was soaking wet from the ceiling leaking. The second room they assigned us ended up having bloody sheets that we didn't realize till the next morning. I had to remove the blood stained sheets because "housekeeping doesn't understand English and won't know to change the bedding." 「This place wasn’t dirty, but it was only OK. The room we had was very large and set up for accessibility. There was no carpet and the bed would slide around if you even leaned on it. Also, very uncomfortable to sleep. The refrigerator froze Anything we put inside. We were lucky our sodas didn’t explode. 「The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.」

「There is no breakfast when we went. We had to ask for another room thankfully they placed a student in the other room, but the other room was just as bad as the first room. The staff was amazing 10 out of 10 the bed had cigarette burns. There was stains on the wall. The ceiling was falling down in the bathroom overall quality one out of 10 I did not even want my head, touching the pillow pillows, but we needed a place to stay. 」

「The staff was very helpful. Instructive from the time we arrived. Elevator was not lit inside, no actually none ceiling panel, button panel wasn't lit. It was functional, but not professional, extremely disregard and disrepair. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The breakfast has more options for condiments, than actual food to eat with them. Pool is closed indefinitely, a view that a prison inmate might be envious of... Maybe. 」
