「Nice location, takes tram no.2 to messeplaza.hotel is about 3 mins walk. The room is a little bit small for three, but it is a good hotel. Most important of all,the staff are friendly and glad to help.」

「有廚房，讓商務人士可以簡單料理，每年來Basel 都會住這裡」

「Convenient location next to tram station. The air conditioning and the free coffee were very much appreciated. The staff were helpful and friendly. Small room, but it was clean and quiet.」

「主要没有电梯，有大件行李比较麻烦」

「Very good location, staffs, breakfast, and most important is good cost performance.」

「I’ve already mentioned the lift not working and the decor being window dressing for a very poor refurb on an OLD hotel. The other thing was the hotel was slow to respond to messaging and everything was only written in German. Even their online check-in I struggled to do in English and guessed the inputs because the translation toggle on their website didn’t work fully. The Cafe Spitz looks beautiful. The hotel is very questionable and i wouldn’t return or recommend.」

「Thanks to the receptionist Samuel for his excellent service and recommendations for local dining restaurants. All the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful with personal warmth. The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. 」

「Very clean, well appointed room. Great location..」

「check in was fast and hazzle free. The Vietnamese lady at the front desk is exceptionally cheerful and helpful.Breakfast is also good. This is my second time in this hotel and will come back again.」
