"The hotel is located in Altstadt of Basel on a quite street. It's 15 min by walk from Basel SBB or 2 stops away by street car. Museums, cafes restaurants, groceries, and other shops are short walk away from the hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"It's situated on the elevated part of Biel, 20 mins walk to the closest supermarket, public transport towards the location is very convenient, clean, nice view of the town, glaciers, nice walk all around to churches, restaurants, shopping, lake.
