"It's clean and cheap, perfectly good for a one-night stay. Tiny room with barely enough room to walk around the bed. Funky hooks but no real storage. I've stayed here a couple of times before and I know what to expect. My main gripe on this occasion was how an overnight fire alarm was dealt with. We all traipsed downstairs when the alarm went off, the member of staff on duty told us it was ok, we could all go back to bed but the alarm might go off again. He explained that there was someone live streaming themself "messing around with fire" in their room. Security were in the process of tracking them down and chucking them out. I have no idea what kind of "messing around with fire" we're talking about here, but to me that is not a circumstance in which guests should be sent back to bed and encouraged to ignore the alarm."

8/10 Good
"Hotel stay was great, room was big enough for my family of 5 however was meant to be a double bed and 2 singles but one of them was a pullout matress with no sheets or anything so couldn’t use it.
No soap in bathroom either
But great location plenty of food and supermarket, petrol nearby and 8 mins from the pier.
Breakfast really bad I would avoid going at all waited around 30 mins to take order and when it came was not good couldn’t eat it. Also the hygiene wasn’t great as saw staff putting out the croissants with her fingers no gloves etc.
But hotel stay was better than expected.
Thankyou!"
"Hotel and staff are fab this is my 3rd stay within months and it’s now a firm fav, what makes this hotel is the nice clean rooms but mostly the brilliant staff they cannot do enough for you, they treat you like a friend, polite cheery and knowledgeable.
The brekkie is a buffet style vegan sausages to order should you want them, scrambled eggs mushrooms sausages bacon beans hash browns and hot porridge, lots of cold foods and the bread selection is great. Just what you need to start the day. Easy to have food delivered in from local shops should you need too but the food in the hotel for evening meal is nice and fairly priced."
"Excellent value for money. Room had everything you needed & more. Decorated like your nans bedroom, in a lovely nostalgic way. Great parking & close to everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
