"The breakfast was good. Our older gentleman waiter was not to good at all. Big language barrier. He made sure we understood the word tips.LOL Messed up the invoice and order more than once. No ice for drinks. A bottle of water was more expensive than a glass of wine. The owner of the hotel Alexandrio could speak English and French. Very nice man but not always available. Helped us out. No shops nearby. Cleanses of room was good. Small room. All tv channels were in Italian. 150 euros for shuttle to airport. (4 people)"

"My husband and I stayed here two nights before our cruise. It was perfect for us. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the main floor, and a table and chairs were right outside our door, where we enjoyed delicious continental breakfasts. Our request for a mini fridge for the room was met. The location is perfect! You can walk to a wide variety of restaurants in the little town or along the water. There are small stores and gelato places nearby. The owner arranged transportation for us and two other couples to the port, which was about a 15-minute ride. The staff is pleasant."
