We were able to get chairs by the pool everyday and took part in the pool activities. There was plenty of variety of food to choose from. The only downside was that slush puppies didn’t come with straws and these really don’t taste the same without apparently. A variety of evening entertainment was enjoyed too. We definitely recommend to others and even come back again ourselves.

We had a pleasant stay at the MarSenses Paradise Club in Menorca. The service was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone. The hotel also provides a lot of activities and entertainment, making it a great choice for families with kids. Overall, it's good value for money. On the downside, we visited in late September and found that the swimming pools weren't heated. As a result, very few people were swimming, and the kids' pool was quite cold, so it was more enjoyable to spend time at the beach.

Great time at a lovely hotel. All inclusive was good and pools brilliant for our 8 year old son. Minor grumbles - only restaurant often had big queues for hot buffet (more, distinct stations would help) and big queues at some times to be seated despite free tables for 4 (main reason being big groups of 5 clogging up the entrance waiting to be seated together). Also be prepared for music going on late if around main pool and on the sofa bed... bedroom itself was quiet. Local area is amazing with dozens of nice restaurants, shops and arcades for kids within 5mins walk aroubd the marina. Beautiful beach just 10 mins away. We will be back!

Marsenses is great for families both with young kids and teenagers. The apartments were nice and staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a really nice stay and I would recommend for sure.

It is a lovely hotel that seems to cater for all. The pool areas were lovely with a separate pool for kids which was in a different area of the complex. This was nice for people like us who didn’t have children with us. The food was lovely, ample choices and very fresh. Drinks were also good with a wide variety of choice. The hotel is in a nice position next to the Marina which has plenty of restaurants to choose from if you wanted to venture out. Overall I would recommend.

If you value quantity above quality you will enjoy yourself here. We booked all inclusive but ended up eating out 6 nights out of 7. The food is low quality mass catering, not inedible but not enjoyable. The wine is awful, a €5 bottle from the supermarket opposite was so much nicer! Beer is your best option really. The rooms are clean, if basic, and everything looks like it does in the pictures. The water slides occupied our 6 and 9 year old every day for about an hour, they really enjoyed them. However the pools are all unheated so any longer than an hour and they came out shivering with blue lips! All in all, I felt this was quite a lot of money for what we got at the resort. However Menorca itself is beautiful, you are well placed here for the town of Citudella or taking a boat down the coast. The beach is in easy walking distance and is a lovely sandy cove. The sea was warmer than the pool!

Séjour en famille au top

Tout était parfait emplacement proche de la ville de Minorque, spot pour le coucher du soleil. L’hôtel est parfait pour les familles avec lise à disposition de lit pour enfant et chaise haute. Hotel très bien il y a beaucoup de jeunes parents avec de très jeunes enfants mais pour un couple qui veut se reposer et profiter de la piscine c’est parfait surtout qu’il y a des chaises longues tout au long de la journée.

At the time I visited it was really quiet which I was surprised at due to how nice a place it was. Not only this the entire team were so welcoming and nice. The entertainment put on every single day was brilliant and the team putting on the entertainment did it with such energy. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, recommend to everyone!

Great holiday

Stayed in a very nice, two bed apartment that was recently updated to a high standard - can't fault it in anyway. Food was amazing, which I was pleasantly surprised by and definitely as good as, if not better than eating outside the hotel. Entertainment was great for the kids, who also loved the splash pool - as we went in October we quite often had the pool almost to ourselves! Overall a great hotel and great holiday.

The hotel itself was very good. Perfectly situated in Cala n Bosch for the harbour restaurants and beach. We liked the beach at Son Xoriguer better than the local beach which is only a 10 min walk. The food at the hotel was fantastic and all the staff in the restaurant, bar, also cleaners etc work incredibly hard and are very friendly and helpful. Pools are great. Usual selfish reserving of sunbeds though from early hours even though it says towels will be removed before 10am. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed although for a 4* hotel it was a bit old fashioned. There was also a smell in the bathroom sometimes from the drains/sewage system. I think this hotel suits families with younger children especially during the school holidays. The evening entertainment we found disappointing, compared to other places we have been. The kids club was still going in the bar area until gone 9pm which is fine if you have small kids but it was very loud and there is nowhere else to go to escape it. The adult evening entertainment which started at 9.30pm was in my opinion a bit naff and again on an all inclusive where we wanted to sit and have a few drinks, there was nowhere else to go to avoid it other than your room. The evening I would class as more of a 2-3* hotel unfortunately.

Amazing hotel with the best staff. Food is really good and the animation team is top class. Fantastic pools & very clean..short walk to the beach. Didn’t want to come home! Would def recommend 100%.

We found the hotel to be very kid friendly with daily activities and a nightly mini disco. The entertainment staff were so good with the children. There are four pools to choose from, two with mini slides for the younger ones and activities centred around the other two deeper pools. Securing sun loungers around the bigger pools was not always easy as people reserve them with towels despite signs saying not to, although this is not exclusive to this hotel - it happens everywhere . The food choices were very good. Sometimes all inclusive can get a bit “samey “ but that doesn’t here. All the staff from cleaners to bar and restaurant staff to reception are all very friendly despite working long hours.

Horarios muy para extranjeros , comida bien... con punto negativo en postres especialmente la fruta , a valorar zumo natural en desayuno .. pocas hamacas o mucha gente que no respeta lo de no reservarlas con las toallas...
