「First, the photos displayed on their website do not accurately represent the hotel. The property does not offer secure parking for vehicles as suggested online. While the room itself was consistent with the photos, the bathroom was in very poor condition: the bathtub was dirty and there was no hot water at any time during our stay. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. We ultimately had to leave the hotel on the first day and lost the full amount we had paid.」

I heard everything, from doors opening and closing to people walking on the upper level and my own level, and showers running throughout the night. The shower doors, including mine, have a defect: something makes a cracking noise every time I use the shower, and it sounded like it wasn't an isolated issue because I woke up hearing it from different areas during my stay.
