We fall in love at first sign - everything was perfect: from interiors to AAA+ staff that helps us with almost any need and requests. The Cassas XVI was wonderful. Very convenient to multiple restaurants, plazas, and small shops. Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful. I would recommend to any visitors to Santo Domingo.

Really beautiful property in the heart of the colonial city, walkable to many restaurants and shops. We loved our room as well as the lovely pool area outside. There is a lot of staff on hand and they are very friendly and helpful. This would be a great place for a group as you can rent all of the rooms in one of the “houses” to have a private area. There was construction right outside while we were there, but it didn’t impact our stay.

Charming facility wonderfully decorated with a lot of space. Perfect for couples that want privacy and with an ambition to have superior service. When fully booked there were some glitches, but overall we enjoyed the stay, the place and the service.
