「Could not find hair dryer in the room」

「The hotel is fab alll the staff were really lovely, but our standout interaction was with Thavy from reception. Our airport pick up was late and she was amazing sorting everything out. 」

「楼顶的网红泳池很漂亮，房间隔音也不错，可惜我预订的3人间到现场给的是两人间，虽然经过沟通允许3人入住了，但是床两个人睡有点小；另外泳池有很多住外面的游客来玩，有点吵」

「The location of the hotel is good. It has a nice restaurant on 14/F which serves tasty food and shows a spectacular view. The lobby area is also spacious. Hotel staff are friendly in general.」

「服務人員很親切並快速完成，房間也很乾淨，設備很新，電梯有持卡管控比較安全不會有閒雜人等進來，唯一美中不足就是sky吧晚上聲音太大會吵到11樓的睡眠，建議晚上10點以後音量要調小不要影響到樓下層的休息。」

When I told the staff that my flight is in theorning, they asked me if I needed any pick-up service directly, promising me that if there was any suitable room, they would let me check in first. During the staying time, all staffs there just showed their hospitality and kind to all customers. I will recommend all my friends who want to travel to Phnom Penh to select the marvellous hotel!」

「Clean quiet and good price 」

「部屋は広く清潔で良かった。 ただシャワーからはお湯が出ず、排水も悪かった。 深夜のチェックインで１泊だけだったので我慢した。 あと、TVはあったが、何も見れなかった。 本当にただ寝るだけだった。」
