「Framragende hotel standarten var som forventet. Vældig søde personale. Morgenmaden kunne godt være lidt større udvalg. Der åbnede et stort diskotek bag hotellet den dag vi ankom, musikken der fra kan høres tydeligt på hotellet, så lidt svært at sove. Ligger tæt på nyali city mall hvor der er handlemuligheder. 」

「Am besten hat mir das Personal gefallen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein paar sogar ausgesprochen aufmerksam ohne dass man etwas fragen musste. Leider weiß ich deren Namen nicht mehr, aber ich habe es ihnen direkt gesagt. Die Lage ist natürlich sehr gut, zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten zum Strand, ca. 7 Minuten zur Nyali Centre Mall. Die Zimmer sind schön, einzig die Bäder könnte man mal renovieren. Was fehlt, ist das landesübliche Bidet. Sehr seltsam... Ansonsten top. Die negativen...

「Hotellet var som sådan okay, men lidt slidt. Der var da vi var der, en DJ både ved poolen og ved stranden, hvilket gav en uacceptabel støj. Der var kravlende insekter i sengen, min kone blev bidt, med et stort sår til følge. Maden og servicen var dog okay. Lokationen af hotellet var fin og stranden også vældig god.」

「Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. Great location with incredible views. Ability to take stroll along early mornings or evenings. Indian Ocean few feets away, so calming and constantly at your service providing the perfect cool down. Beautifully maintained public pool for your use.」

「Host took an hour to arrive to give access to the room. Apartment was filthy. Electricity kept going out so the host would ask the guest to top up. Nothing worked in the apartment and eventually given a refund in darkness. The host is rude, unprofessional lacks respect and part of the decline of Mombasa as a tourist hotspot. Expedia should ban such hosts 」

「Altogether everything was okay. Though the statys of the washing area was not in good condition. The sink and washing washing machine had mould all over and this makes one doubt the cleanliness of the towels and and beddings washed in it. Considering the size of the property, 15 units of electricity was not enough for 3 nights yet there was 9 of us in the property. Wifi was selective on some phones. Water dispenser was not replenished. You need to consider the size of the family before rationing...
