I have been to many places in. I normally do not leave reviews however I felt obligated as a customer service always said or miss on being polite or rude laundry service was outrageous costing nearly 3000 for less than 10 pieces of clothing, including underwear and socks.. I would never stay at this location again

Nice hotel right on the beach. Staff were great, very helpful in every way. Facilities need some upgrading to bring them up to standard. Cupboards needed cleaning, and provision of utensils for self catering were not adequate.

Badly misrepresented by bookings.com

on arrival we found that our accommodation was not as advertised on their site. the accommodation was supposed to have a private kitchen which was not the case, we found a space in the worktops where a cooker had been fitted. I even gave the general manager a comprehensive report on the situation, that he was clearly unhappy with bookings.com We spent time together discussing the issues one morning. I have even sent bookings.com CEO GLENN FOGLE several emails to which he has NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO which just shows bookings com's attitude to complaints.

Studio mit Balkon. Die Lage, der Pool (mit Treppe) und der Außenbereich sind sehr schön. Das Personal war nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Check-in um 10:30 problemlos. Das Studio war sauber gewischt. Großer Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle funktionierten. Die gemischte Grillplatte für 2 war lecker und nicht überteuert, hat aber 100 Minuten auf sich warten lassen. An der Rezeption begrüßt ein Schild: "Wer in der Öffentlichkeit raucht, muss 50000 KSh bezahlen oder 6 Monate ins Gefängnis gehen oder beides" - ich fühlte mich nicht willkommen, sondern bedroht. Die Hausmeister mussten mehrfach hin- und herlaufen wegen der Klimaanlage, Swingfunktion blieb defekt. Küchenausstattung: Nur 1 Trinkglas, sonst gar nichts (auf Nachfrage wurde mehr Geschirr gebracht). Kein Safe (obwohl bei Expedia versprochen). Die Terrassentür im Erdgeschoss ließ sich nur auf einer Seite verriegen, also freier Zugang ins Zimmer ohne Safe. Die Einrichtung / die Möbel sind alt, abgenutzt und schäbig. Bett nur 150cm breit mit Kuhle in der Mitte. Matratze nicht bretthart, aber durchgelegen, die Metallfedern spürbar. Schön ein Sofa zu haben, aber auch dieses machte Rückenschmerzen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es 1 Steckdose und diese ist weit weg vom Bett. Die 2 kaltweißen Lampen im Schlafzimmer machen eine schlechte Atmosphäre. Es gibt keine Popo-Dusche.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir hatten das günstigste Angebot gebucht und es war eine Katastrophe. Mit einem preiswerten Upgrad erhielten wir dann ein hervorragendes Appartement mit dem wir rundum zufrieden waren. Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Außenanlage mit Pool und Liegen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und alles ist absolut sauber. Ein Stern Abzug weil das Frühstück und Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt. Aber wenige Gehminuten am Strand entlang findet man das Char Choma Restaurant was wir sehr empfehlen können.

Nette Lage, relativ nahe an der Innenstadt und mit direktem Strandzugang. Allerdings hatte ich keine Möglichkeit im Vorfeld mit dem Hotel in Kontakt zu treten, da auf meine Nachrichten im Portal niemand reagiert hat und die angegebene Telefonnummer auch nicht stimmt. Den vermeintlich kostenlosen Transfer zum Flughafen gibt es leider auch nicht. Dieser kostet und ist leider auch fast drei mal so teuer wie Uber.

Hyggelig leilighetshotel ved stranden!

Vi hadde 17 hyggelige døgn på Azul Margarita. De hadde ikke nok 1-roms seaview leiligheter, som bestilt, (missforståelse fra Hotel.com?), men god service fra all betjening, gjorde at vi trivdes godt, selv uten seaview. Manglende kjøkkenutstyr og defekt komfyr, ble raskt ordnet!! Bra! Vask av leilighet, rene håndklær og rent sengetøy hver dag!!! :-) Bra bad, stue, soverom, men spesielt kjøkkendel, kraner etc., trenger litt oppgradering. Safe i leilighet! Romslig terrasse! Uteområdet helt ok, og rett ved stranden. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil neste gang forsikre oss om seaview .

Hotellet slitent. Men personalet og servicen på hotellet er fantastisk! Vi fikk først rom som ikke var ok, deretter gratis oppgradering. Og renhold veldig bra! Hotellet ligger v stranda. Kun ei trapp ned. Gode solsenger v hotellet. Og fantastisk basseng! God temperatur i poolen

Hade problem vid incheckningen, rummet som jag fick saknade kylskåpet och allt kök tillbehör, utan balkong. Vilket jag hade betald för en studio med allt tillbehör. Sedan jag protesterade och visade min boknings information på mitt Hotels.com app de byte mitt rum till det bättre dö är också fattades allt köks tillbehör efter begäran dem ordnade dagen efter. Då var jag nere i resorptionen och pratade med de ni gå bestämma er vad ni vill kalla er Hotel eller Apartman. Hyr ni ut apartment med kök då få rummet stämma över med det ni lovar på internet när hästen landar.

The staff was very friendly. I booked a balcony sea view but ended up with patio garden view and later got moved to a pool view. Staff said it was hotel.coms fault. When confronting hotel.com they did not want to accept the mistake even though the email confirmation clearly showed I paid for a balcony sea view. Pool needs some cleaning. It is right on the beach but due to constant high tides it is difficult to walk on the beach. Plus the beach is not very clean.

In total the price is good in exchange for what you got. There was not hot water in the shower and iven after a complain didnt fiz it in all my staying. And only one big towel no face towels at all.

L'accesso alla.spiaggia è un punto a favore. Ma l'accesso all'hotel è molto accidentato. Sono.stati fatti sforzi per il mantenimento della struttura, ma l'hotel rimane comunque al massimo un tre stelle. Scelto solo per 2 gg, per posizione sulla spiaggia e basso costo, dopo vacanza a diani.
