「The hotel is still quite new, so everything is in great shape (although our sink drain was dripping, maintenance fixed it promptly). Comfortable beds, nice breakfast options for a reasonable price, good fitness room. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Pictures on their website are deceptive. Water view is not really a water view unless you’re on the 8 or 9 floor. We had a trees view and was quite disappointed. But they still promise you and charge you for it. Very thin walls; can hear neighbours snoring and talking, very noisy. Would never go back.」

「Very centrally located to the pedestrian downtown, the lakefront, and close enough to UVM and Champlain College to make our visit very easy for everything that we wanted to do. Beautiful adaptive reuse of an historic armory building for the bar, restaurant, entry and lobby areas with rooms in an attached, newer building. Great visit, will stay here again!」

「Hôtel is outdated and getting tired. The door had a crack all the way around, not allowing a full seal. It was quite loud at night with college kids yelling running around.」

「The room was dirty, from Old pee that had dried around the toilet with a bunch of hairs to grey soap scum in the bathtub & cobwebs on the ceiling. We also found random bits of things on the floor, a wrapper, a bandaid between the bed and the nightstand. It’s an older hotel but that doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be properly cleaned. Carpet in the elevator was a disaster, so disgusting, all stained with the dried stuff on it. The staff was helpful at the front desk and at breakfast in the...

「I flew in late, needed a place to stay, was out in the morning. Super quick, but it was comfy and had what I needed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would come back.」

「整體而言很不錯，一開始猶豫許久，因為考慮到安全問題。但住宿當晚，睡得十分安心，owner十分健談。剛好來的時間為冬天，不然就可以欣賞免費的室外電影了！周遭環境為住宅區，各式美式連鎖速食餐廳都有，開車14分鐘即到市區，算是方便了。總體評價10分，能給到9.5分。」
