"I had to search for nearly one hour to find it. Location was not clearly marked. But the staff and amnesties were fine. I had booked in the name of roomshala but had to stay in PG. "

"when I arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me, when in fact I already paid for it even in advance so at midnight I had to go somewhere else. I could not get a refund because it was still time to check in. They never issued a refund. Very convenient for them to keep your money after they turned you away!"

"The host and staff were extremely kind and accommodating and made us feel welcome. Our flight was cancelled and the booking was non refundable but the host tried to accomodate us as best he could. Breakfast was a lovely touch with chai and parathas amongst other things. One thing was the room we were in was very damp , a lot of our possessions ended up becoming damp too and the bed itself was damp which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Other than this though great location and overall a pleasant experience."

"Room not very clean, I contacted the hotel to arrange airport transfer with no reply. No towels after housekeeping. Food was excellent. I would go back just for the food."
