「Établissement situé dans le quartier diplomatique à 10 minutes à pied d’une station de métro et d’un grand mall. L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses… et la literie est parfaite. Mais que dire du personnel ? Tout simplement parfait depuis la réception (Shahin, Facundo), aux restaurants (Wasina…) ou à la préparation et au nettoyage des chambres (Hamid Ali). Tous sont souriants, agréables et devancent le moindre de vos désirs. Alors merci encore.」

「Très bel hôtel du quartier diplomatique. Situé à une centaine de mètres de la plage privée (très pratique). Les chambres sont vastes et très bien agencées. Trois restaurants de spécialités plus un buffet (le spice market et le spiga sont très bien). Mention spéciale au personnel de l’hôtel, depuis le manager qualité (Muhammad Muhtaseb), aux femmes de la réception (Lylya est d’une extrême gentillesse), aux chefs des restaurants (merci encore à Donald du spice market pour ces moments de partage)…」

「All was amaizing starting from sales team to front desck and the manager as well all are wonderful team ,the rooms are very nice, all was perfect the hotel is very nice and amaizing location 」

「Dusit used to be a top hotel for us but in the last 6 months there seems to be a decline. The remote to the tv was full of sticky food (it was clear that the cleaners do not clean remotes). The same was evident with one of the telephones; it was caked up with dust and dirt. The lamps had spots on them and was off putting. To add, the hot water barely worked. We had to run the water for a while until it became hot. And now, the spa appears to be only for men. So, this did not turn out to be the...

「Strongly recommended. The staff for airport shuttle to the hotel was easy to find. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The view of my room was great. Facilities, e.g. gym and swimming pool are great. One issue is that the pavement near the hotel was under construction due to works of nearby hotels to be built. I think there will won’t be a problem after the hotels are completed. 」
