「I am writing to share my recent experience at Rainell Dolomites Retreat and advise against staying there. The cost of the room was disproportionately high given its quality and the extremely poor amenities. The actual condition of the property and rooms bears no resemblance to the images displayed on their website. Furthermore, the owners, who also operate the business, demonstrated a complete lack of customer service throughout my stay. The room itself had several issues, including a leaking...

「Es befand sich in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Toiletten, sowie ein Geschirrspüler und alles, was man sich in einer Ferienküche wünscht. Insgesamt positiv anzumerken war auch der Zimmerservice und die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Man konnte den Spa Bereich privat je eine Stunde für das Zimmer reservieren. Das Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich :-)」

「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」

「Fantastic location, relaxing and friendly environment nestled in a beautiful forested location. Close to town of Armentarola (accessible by bus, shuttle or even walking) where the ski tow is located. The on-site restaurant is excellent and convenient. I had some of my best sleeps in years in the A-frames. Cant wait to return.」

Delicious breakfast and amazing 5 course dinner cooked by the owner which you must have if you stay here! Would recommend 100%! 」
