「Personnel de la réception n’est pas professionnel et aucun respect pour les clients」

「Le personnel est parfait, mais il manquait du personnel( ca travaillais fort , le boss est radin ) , la bouffe est correct sans plus , vieille peinture ..... un 5/10 ( niveau qualité prix c est correct ) , la piscine est propre et belle , la plage aussi .... a visiter mais c est pas le grand luxe .」

「Next to train station, beach, and medina, excellent location. Indoor heated pools with whirlpools was fantastic. Staffs were helpful.」

「Very good location just near the busy area but it’a quite at night. They have a huge rooftop you can hang out there. The staff are friendly. Everything was good but the bath tub is a bit small. 」

「An all inclusive resort that provided breakfast/lunch/dinner and evening entertainment. It was right on the beach and the staff was very professional and attentive. A 20 minute walk to the Medina or about a 10-dinar taxi ride.」

「Stayed for 2 nights was put in garden view room but all I could see was top of building which was noisy they did say we could change but the room was far to walk so decided to stay air conditioning wasn’t working so was really hot had to leave balcony door open and was constant noise which was a pain someone came out but issue wasn’t resolved I put the cleaning sign on door but cleaner changed the towels and left room uncleaned and took the sign so we couldn’t use again food was ok repetitive...

「Not my favorite hotel experience but the sheets were clean, paid what it was worth and got the job done for the one night I needed it. Wouldnt be in a short-list for an extended stay.」

「Great hotel in a good location within Sousse being near the beach and also the Medina. The staff were nice, the location was quiet just off a main street and the air con worked pretty well. The only issue was the small bathroom, whereby the shower intruded on the space of the sink and toilet.」

「Check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and terrible. Facilities were too old and the room was too small. Didn’t worth the money we paid!」

「Leider war uns nicht klar, dass wir gefühlt mitten im Nachtclub übernachten. Entweder haben wir das beim buchen nicht gesehen oder es wurde nicht angezeigt. Der lärm in der nacht war extrem. Der bass war so laut, dass es sogar bei geschlossenen Fenstern einen druck gegeben hat- er überschlug sich permanent. Das zimmer war zwar sauber gehalten, aber das wasser die von der Klimaanlage tropfte machte das ganze zimmer feucht und der Boden nass. Das Essen war Ok- aber es entspricht nicht annähernd...
