「Our stay was excellent in every way. Not only did the suite exceed our expectations, but the amenities did as well. The pool, sauna and rouladen blinds led up to the most restful sleep, which we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast - delightful. 「The check-in experience was terrible. There was no check-in procedure sent to me beforehand. We arrived at the gate at 4PM and couldn't get into the gate. (The expedia website said Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, Check-in time ends at 9:00 PM). I had contacted the host via Expedia and Whatsapp for over 2 hours and there was no response. I almost lost hope and prepared to find another hotel. I gave it a last shot via jumping over the fence and knocking at random rooms to find help....
