The day of check-in I arrive just after check-in time which is 4pm and find there office closed. The hours are 10-4pm so they intentionally plan to not be there for check-in and check out (which is 10am). I find a paper with instructions for our room. Go to our room only to find it isn't the room I paid for. Its a much smaller room that sleeps 5 instead of the triple bunk...
