「Refreshing change from a hotel! There was some dirt/dust in a few spots, and hair on the floor and even walls… Keurig machine handle was broken. TV had streaming (PlutoTV or similar) channels but no local channels or major networks. Very scenic and woodsy and nice to get away from noisy downtown streets and highways. However, there was only one other unit that was occupied when I stayed, and for whatever reason they decided to put us next door to one another instead of spacing us out a bit,...

「When we arrived the unit was trashed and not cleaned from the previous renters. No one answered our calls to come clean the unit. We were stuck in the snow with no service. Luckily the ski resort had a room for us. It has been almost a week and still no word from the property. They are ignoring us. I have to report fraud to my bank and hotels.com isn’t helping either. 」
