「Good evening, firstly I’d like to say that the start of our stay was very welcoming and professional. However just a few things that I’d like to touch on, our bed was dirty, the duvet had a urine stain on it, the hot tub was filthy and had a hose pipe that my partner nearly tripped up on and had to move to a secure place out of harms way. Lastly id like to comment for more awareness than anything, whilst trying to sleep there were a few people that were trying to get into our bedroom, which...

「Arrived to find the place locked up and had to make a phone call for someone to come to the pub to give us our room key. Apparently there was a problem of having no electricity due to the heat. No evening meal available and no bar; breakfast was average, with some folk having to wait a long time for service. The place was clean and room was comfortable.」

「The room was clean beds comfortable en suite good. Cleaned every day biscuits tea replenished daily. Tha accommodation is on a busy road and many lorries till midnight and again from 5am very noisy if windows open which is necessary as no air conditioning in the room.」

「The lodging here was so beautiful, small style cabins that are modern with a great view and a small garden out back. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The restaurant next to the lodging was amazing, staff were so nice and helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely be coming back.」

「The hotel is part of a historic inn which was very atmospheric. We stayed in a family room for 3 people and the room was warm and cosy and welcoming as we arrived just before 9pm and it was a bit chilly in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent and in a nice dining room in a genuine rural setting. Service was friendly & excellent.」

「The Guinness Arms had character rooms and the hallway was just as nice. Our room had aircon and also a skylight which had retractable blinds if you wanted to look at the sky or not. 「Lovely location and tranquil setting. However our stay did not include breakfast and at £13 each we gave it a miss. Plenty of parking outside, although there were very few staff around, we had to call the hotel to get someone at reception.」

「Booked for 2adults and 1 child (10) arrived and was told the room booked was not suitable and had to pay more for a bigger room 1st impression was good however the smell of sewage or drain from the bathroom was nearly unbearable and too top it off we had a early start so got up at 0630 and not a drop of hot water from the shower or sink so cold strip wash it was Very disappointed for the price Room 10 」
