"Run down, looks like a drug motel. Absolutely the worst place that I’ve ever stayed in. I was supposed to stay 5 days and left after one horrible night. I’m not sure how it gets a good in the ratings. I did not feel safe there either, very bad side of town."

"Friendly staff. Well maintained. No problem with showers in the dark when motion sensor light timesout. Wifi works fine with standard android based devices but no luck with Fire Tablet. Also unable to use TV usb input to display personal videos. "

"Had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. "

"My 4 year old loved her kids ‘den’ and the painted picture of the furry characters on the wall. As the place is clearly aimed at children a step stool for the sink and a flip down child sized toilet seat would have been good considerations. Water park floor and floors throughout the hotel were not clean but hardly surprising given the number of people there. It was so loud! We had to shout to hear each other most of the time. If you have sensory issues or want to eat reasonably healthily (not too much grease and sugar) plan accordingly! Plenty to do there and early check in was pleasantly easy and free!"

"Clean room"

"Room was fairly clean but hallways had trash bags on the floor and smelled like multiple types of stale food. Walls of elevator were dirty. When I came back to the property from an errand there were six police cars around the front of the building. Very sketchy! Apparently there was a domestic violence event! Not something you want to see when yo are a lone female!"

"No one at the counter to check me in for 8 minutes? 25 minutes to get a room service beer that they automatically tack on 18% to? Overcooked shrimp skewers. ROUGH surrounding area. The lipstick lip print on the room’s wall was concerning. "
