「Clean room but shower, however walk in and beautiful, had no water pressure....not much more than a trickle.」

「My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!」

「Overall, the stay was pretty good! We did have an issue with the water getting hot. Also the carpet in our room could have been vacuumed and the carpet in the hallway needs to be cleaned. The one chair for you to sit in was dirty! I would stay there again. 」

「Staff is very rude. Unwilling to help with anything. Annoyed that I asked for more towels. Stayed there 4 days. Last 2 days there was no water. Couldn't shower or brush our teeth. Asked to speak to a manager, they said she doesn't work in the office. Gave me a phone number. Called multiple times, left multiple messages. She never returned my call. We deserve a refund for the last 2 days, and they know it. But won't return our phone calls. Horrible customer service.」

「Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. My only complaints were the bar was already closed when I got there at 8:30pm on a Friday night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, and I paid for breakfast in advanced, which was only up to $20, which only covered 2 small breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I would have just went to the Waffle House down the street. I should have looked into it more, but I reserved the room in a hurry because other alofts I have been to offer much more and are lively. Late...
