「Requested a handicap room, did not get one. Husband fell in the tub since there was nothing to hang on to and the matt slipped. Even the house keeper could not put anything to avoid the slipping mat. When requesting a handicap room after the accident was again refused, so we checked out early and thank God our son in law and grandson were available to help us check out. The clerk at the desk acted glad to have us go.」

「The property was very spacious. We did have issues with flies getting into the home from a huge gap in the front door, we had to stuff a towel in it to prevent flies from coming in. There were also huge flying roaches on the back patio so we weren't able to enjoy the outside. Lastly, neighbors dogs and cats barking and crying all night, didn't get much sleep. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. A shame we couldn't enjoy it more.」

「This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been.There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard. Biggest issue was communication, our place...

「Beware on charges, we couldnt find close parking space so we had to do valet parking for 182 dollars for 36 hours, they charged 25 dollars 2 times for service then you find you can use it for drinks if you dont use them you loose them, we wanted to use it the 2 day our check out day they didnt alliw it, pool was dirty like black grease all around, and chairs with this black mud as well, nice hotel, but also i found a cockroach in my room.」

「The place was nice , just seems like they skimped on the furniture and TVs, especially for that giant wall in the living room, it deserved at least a 55” tv. For the most part the place was fun and kids had a good time bringing in the new year 」

Restaurants are all throughout, including breakfast/brunch and 2 restaurants, plenty of places to get a drink onsite as well as across the street on the river walk. There is a larger than “normal”deposit required for your stay, depending on the amount of days you stay. If it’s for a weekend it’s not bad, but think of $100-$150/night. 「The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great.」
