"From the moment I checked in I was pleased. The young man was friendly and easy to check in. The staff was literally mopping the side walk the floors were immaculate. When we walked in the room the air was on for us. That helped a lot because it was 100 this weekend. There was no musty smell to the room. The breakfast each morning was delicious so many choices the potatoes were bomb and I loved the option of yogurt parfait. So yummy and the staff did not stop working the entire time. I will definitely recommend the Norwalk Inn Best Western. Very happy visit."

"Booked through Expedia when I arrived at the hotel the front desk gentleman kept saying no there’s no reservation under that name. I showed him my email and he still didn’t want to believe me and can’t saying he couldn’t find it. He took my phone and started scrolling my email kept clicking his computer and then would you believe that he found my reservation. The room itself is decent , it has a lot of nice amenities you don’t see often. The ac unit was a bit weird sounded like the filter needed to maybe be changed out. Bed was comfortable "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations — the room was comfortable and very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options to enjoy. The only downside was the parking. Spaces are extremely limited, and there is an additional charge of $20 per day, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back! "
