"Great location "

"Stayed here to lay my head down overnight as I was passing through. While I had a safe and restful visit, several things put me at risk. First, the hotel double booked a room and as I walked into the room, someone was inside. Luckily, no harm was caused. But had someone walked in while I was changing, that would have been dangerous. Luckily, the hotel quickly corrected the issue and gave me a new room. When I got to the second room, I noticed that the door lock was loose. It could still lock but someone motivated to break in probably could. When I told the hotel staff, they said it couldn’t be fixed right away. However, it looked like a quick fix with simple tools like a screwdriver. Finally, as I was driving out, I noticed that a homeless encampment was located next door. So based on these things, I’m not going to stay at this hotel again. "

"Clean spacious room with excellent WiFi and updated bathroom. Room is nicely appointed. Bed is a bit hard, so if you like firm, you will be happy. TV lacked ability to connect to subscribed streaming also with no ability to cast programs. Normally not a big deal for us, but we do like to watch movies in the evening and the commercials were brutal. Commercials are always so much louder. We stayed for 11 days. Breakfast was included in our rate, but I just could not eat the same thing for that many days. Overall, very good value."

"Crack in the room door large enough to see in from the hallway, and shower rod coming loose from the wall"

"The property is what is expected at the price point. The place was very quiet which I appreciated. Some of the furnishings in the small lobby area definitely show wear and tear. My room was nice and clean and though I came with my own towel I noticed the towels there weren’t paper thin. The free breakfast was limited (again it matches the price point). My only irritation was when I was attempting to get something to drink from the juice dispenser I was having an issue and didn’t know if it was out or I was doing something wrong … there was one other person in the space with me and she was getting breakfast as well, I didn’t know she was staff because she wasn’t in a uniform and she simply looked at me while I was talking to myself about what I could be doing wrong. I realized she was a member of staff when she walked into the staff only room (no why would you as an employee try to assist me or tell me it’s broken). Nevertheless when I saw another young lady that come out of that room and was grabbing a bite I asked her about the dispenser and she tried it and realized it was working but was empty and apologized for the inconvenience. No juice for me. Just a brief overnight so I didn’t see or use any other amenities."

"The only issue was that the bathroom meaning the tub was not clean andi had black hair and soap suds in the tub. I mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized about it and that was it . They didn’t come to clean it up. "
