"We had a fantastic stay at Homewood Suites in Pleasant Hill! Our entire family booked suites here and everyone agreed that this hotel will be our go-to for family visits. We received exceptional service and enjoyed the amenities, especially gathering in the cafe/meeting area together. So grateful for a Home-Away-From-Home!!!"

"Brianna & Tom went above and beyond. From a staff standpoint, my experience was amazing. The room was not super clean, stains on mirrors and stained shower curtain, but the room had a great offering of amenities. Did not love how the elevator was finicky, or that I constantly found myself getting lost on the second floor, but that is the structure of the property and nothing to do with staff or the specifics of IHg WC. Breakfast was wonderful. Special thank you to Brianna and Tom for everything!!!"

"I only received one towel and though I had a non smoking room I could tell someone had smoked there recently— smelled it. Also there were cigarette burns in the bathtub ledge"

"Staff was great! Food was limited in choice, but quality was mostly good. Not much available to purchase from the little store...out of drinks and items. Place was clean and safe and comfortable. Good location for me. I would come back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The cons: 1. Bathroom Door is Barn Door and doesn’t provide full privacy because there’s a gap where you can see through. 2. It’s located between the middle of 3 traffic lights 3. Not enough parking and doesn’t feel as secure as we anticipated."
