「I was given a smoking room even though I requested a non smoking one, the room smelt awful, there was a couple of cigarette burns in the sheets, the room just didn’t feel clean, and the “free breakfast”!was coffee, juice and a granola bar. I wouldn’t stay here again. 」

「Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement.」
