"Clean room "

"Clean room, great pool area. My only complaint was the old smell in our hallway to our room and the housekeeper who kept knocking when I told her we’d be checking out soon. "

"The staff was great. Breakfast was good and had dietary options. Room was clean. Parking was close by and safe. Great location for my stay in Lake Charles. "

"We had a king the room was big. Had a chair height toilet and walk in shower. Good night's rest. Didn't use the a/c because it was cool out. "

"More restaurants "

"Room was not the greatest needed a bit more cleaning. Sheets were stained and pillows were hard. Staff was okay but could use a little more professionalism. "

"The room was ok, AC didn’t work that well, cleaning staff stayed slamming doors for hours every single day while they were cleaning rather than just propping them open. Got a surprise charge at the end of my stay and I can’t call the front desk because their number doesn’t work. Will never return."

"We had no microwave and the beds had cigarette stains in the non-smoking beds."

"This is one of the newer properties so everything was clean and modern and fresh. Slight complaint is it's close to major roadways, so you'll hear typical road noises of cars driving. Also, they are building a new hotel beside it and there is a lot of construction noise. "
