「We took our family up to Cincy for the 4th weekend to see other family. The hotel was decent.. but let me tell you what really stood out to us.. the Front desk lady.. JESSICA! She has so sweet, and so kind. Her and my husband had a great time picking back and forth. My husband used to stay at this hotel before me and there was a gentlemen that worked there and was wonderful he said Jessica was just as amazing and she will be the reason we return! 「The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and friendly. Helped me with no issues and every-time they seen me asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything their customer service was fantastic. Will stay again very soon. 」

「Everything was great! When walking in, it smells great, check in was easy even with the credit card machine issue. They were very apologetic for this. The breakfast had lots of options and refilled when getting low. While out, housekeeping came in and refreshed our towels and made our bed with our pillows and blankets that we brought with us and made it special just for us!」

「Even though the property is old. They do keep there bedding and beds up to date. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. They supplied plenty of extra linens and towels and we didn't have to ask. My only complaint was we had requested a fridge for medical reasons and they were not able to get us one.
